🔁 Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return:                                                                                              1)The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.            2)The item must be in the original packaging.                                                            3)You must provide proof of purchase. (order number or receipt)

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:                                                        1)Personal care items. (for hygiene reasons)                                                      2)Customized or personalized products.                                                                      3)Final sale items or clearance items.

💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

1)We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.                                      2)If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.                      3)Your refund will be sent to your original payment method

🚚 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

1)Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery                                                        2)Send us photos as proof                                                                                          3)We will offer a replacement or full refund (no return required in some cases)
